Inn Downtown Victoria Hotel in the heart of
beautiful Victoria, British Columbia welcomes the
opportunity to host your meeting or small event at
our downtown Victoria hotel. Whether you are
planning an executive luncheon, board meeting or a
training seminar, we would appreciate the
opportunity to put together a customized quote (for
up to 40 people) to assist in the planning of your
event.
Our meeting room provides 475 square feet (17.6 feet
x 27 feet) of space, with opening windows and a
white board with pull down screen. Audio-visual
equipment rentals are available. With our central
location in downtown Victoria and our catering
experience, your meeting is sure to be a success.
Our professional and friendly staff would be pleased
to assist with planning your event, providing group
accommodations and sourcing creative ideas on what
else your guests can do while visiting Victoria,
British Columbia.
Both you and your attendees will enjoy atmosphere in
our meeting space, created by the natural lighting
and windows that overlook the hotel's private
courtyard. Our hotel also offers a private banquet
room, located adjacent to the Green Room Restaurant,
that may also be used for meetings. Both meeting
rooms can accommodate up to 30 people per room with
customized menus available upon request. |
